I don't mean to be "that person" but why does Mr. White Mazda think that the spot by the side door of 10 Mendelssohn (by the front entrance) is his/her own personal parking space? I like to stop there and unload my groceries but I haven't been able to do that since that car has been parked there morning, noon and night for the past 2/3 weeks. It's really starting to get annoying |

LOL i was thinking the same thing !
And my wife tells me that I'm just complaining...
How does he get to park there? did he get a permit from the city? because I have to pay for my extra spot by renting it from another resident. _________________

| Speaking of parking I am seeing the same cars in visitor spots for over a month at a time. Is the visitor lot being policed yet? |

| Ya Mr. White Mazda is there every day. He doesn't even live in the condo building, he lives in the Condo Townhouse right on the corner across from where he parks. |

@ Cherie -
The private visitor parking spots are being patrolled, however, as a condo, we are charge/billed for each visit the private monitoring company makes- so he/she doesn't come every day. I think we have agreed for the person to come monitor the site 10 times a month and they come randomly after midnight- so the majority of the time that the ppl unlawfully park in visitor parking area they probably won't be caught.. but maybe, just maybe at point or another, they will get a ticket, and hopefully learn Not to park there.
You can complain directly to In Kim with the model make/lic plate number- and have him immediately issue a warning - esp. since that car is parked there ALL Day and Night! That's pretty brazen of him/her. not cool. |

Ha! I figured he either lived in the condo building and needed an extra space or he was visiting somebody everyday. And he lives in the townhomes...tsk tsk. Well, it's about time he moved his car......
The spot he's parking in is for loading and unloading purposes. |

| Mr Mazda parked in front of Building B all night again. I think this practice should be discouraged. It will spoil the appearance of our building if cars park out front all the time. I don't understand the need for it. |
